The breakfast offered many options, including pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, and toast. The room I stayed in was quite large. Staff members were helpful and friendly. They provided assistance whenever needed.
The towels were old. Though clean, they had a brownish tint instead of being white.

the staff were helpful at the front desk. they stored my bags when i arrived early.
my triple room was pretty small. walking around the single bed against the wall was a struggle. the air conditioner was also broken, and i was hot . not the best, honestly.

the location was decent near public transport but the immediate area felt a bit gritty there were a few instances of street noise at night that disrupted sleep the room itself while clean was smaller than i anticipated maneuvering around luggage was a challenge and the limited space felt a bit claustrophobic the lack of proper soundproofing made the experience less enjoyable, small room

the room was very small i didn't realize how cramped it would be. it was hard to open my suitcase fully. the lighting in the room was also quite dim even with all the lights on , made it difficult to see well at night. i found these aspects detracted from the experience. the small space, dim lighting

the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was plentiful and diverse, and i found it very much worth the price.
the towels were very old, clean but they looked old and brown not white. the room lacked a bedroom fridge, which i think is essential for a four-star hotel, every room should include one.
